How application data is used
Names, email addresses, student numbers, academic details, team information and project descriptions are collected only to review IT Club applications and communicate about the event. Applications and contact information are not published publicly. Each new application, with all of its answers and any attached document, is sent only to the club inbox at emu.it.club@gmail.com and to the school email of the board member who runs this site and stored in the system. The contact person receives a confirmation, the club’s replies and a tracking link by email; the link keeps a browser session open for 30 days. Only authenticated administrators can access them. Contact club management with your application reference to request a correction or deletion. This website uses no advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Drafts stay in this browser and can be restored for 30 days. Expired drafts are cleared when you next open the site; valid drafts are cleared after successful submission. Consent is never saved in a draft. Clear drafts on shared computers. Team post titles, descriptions, roles, stages, working arrangements and languages become public only after explicit publication consent and moderation. Names, emails, student numbers and interest messages remain accessible only to administrators. Club management coordinates introductions. A secure session cookie is used for admin login.
